Up for sale here is a shirt by the Pure Blue Japan label. These guys are one of the better-known Japanese denim labels out there, rightfully highly regarded for their jeans and denim jackets in particular, although they also manufacture a wider range of apparel including shirts as you can see here.
What we have here is a knit cotton crewneck tee. The fabric knit is really cool. The main body of the shirt uses indigo dyed blue yarns, done in a light shade of blue. It’s a very cool knit to be sure, the kind of thing that pictures don’t do proper justice to. Bottom left has PBJ’s leaf logo embroidered on. Really all aspects of this shirt are very well considered, making it a good representation of what PBJ does so well. Like all PBJ, this piece stands with the big boys of Japanese workwear, although they are now completely sold out and otherwise unavailable. Get it here at a fraction of the retail.
Size is labeled a 3, fitting a medium. I measure the chest at 19.5” / 50cm, shoulders at 17.5” / 45cm and length at 25” / 64cm from the base of the neck. The shirt comes in lightly used, very good shape with no holes, tears or stains. Made in Japan.
Shipping from Japan to anywhere will be $24.
