Proxy service is available for items purchased online or in-store from Japan. This includes brick-and-mortar shops, webshops like Rakuten, and auction sites like Yahoo Japan.
Webshops - proxy fee is 8% of item fee.
Auction Sites - proxy fee is 8% of item fee. Email me some time before the auction ends and I will quote you an item price based on your maximum bid. You will then be asked to send a deposit, in most cases 20% of your maximum bid. If you lose the auction the deposit will be refunded. If you win, the remaining funds will need to be paid for the transaction to continue.
In-store - proxy fee is 15%. That's because there is a lot more leg work involved in going to the stores and selection is often haphazard depending on the brands, level of production and relative scarcity. This won't work for Supreme or something that has crazy lines and sells out in 30 seconds. It needs to be feasible. However, it is possible to do in-store pickups. Just keep in mind it may not happen as quickly either. Most in-stores will happen on the weekend. You will be asked to pay for the item in full before I visit the shop. If the item is sold out you will be fully refunded.
Fees - buyer is responsible for item fees, my fee and additional associated fees. These typically include domestic shipping, bank transfer fees (mainly for auction sites), tax, international shipping and paypal fees.
Shipping - I will do my best to bundle everything together in order to save on shipping costs. I can hold things for a reasonable amount of time if you want to get several items. Shipping costs are typically estimated given uncertainty in weight at the time of invoice, but I aim to be as fair as possible.
