Kolor sacai 2020aw cotton/nylon pants, size 2 (fits 32”)

$39.99 Sold out

For sale here is a pair of pants from Japan’s Kolor label. Kolor is another one of those brands that circles the Comme des Garcons universe. Original designer Junichi Abe worked for several major Japanese labels before founding Kolor in 2005 (he recently stepped down in 2025) and his wife Chitose Abe runs the Sacai label. With Kolor their emphasis is a sort of patchwork aesthetic combined with a lot of technical fabrics. They like to combine a variety of fabrics together, often leaving them partly deconstructed.

The crazy patchwork type stuff is usually reserved for their shirts and jackets, where the pants tend toward a more solid look, although the materials are often still interesting and unique. Material here is a 68% cotton, 30% nylon and 2% polyurethane blend, partially lined in cupro. This makes for a nicely resilient fabric, medium in weight. This should work well for fall-winter-spring wear. Fit here is pretty straight, just a hair slim with a taper toward the ankles. If you are fond of what the Comme des Garcons Homme line does, for example (or Sacai), these should work well for you. Retail is about $400 in Japan, even more abroad if you can find them, but get it here much more reasonably.

Size is labeled a 2, fitting a 32 inch waist. I measure the waist at 32” / 82cm, inseam at 27” / 68cm, rise at 9.5” / 24cm and leg opening at 6.75” / 17.5cm. The pants come in lightly used, very good shape with no holes, tears or stains. Made in Japan.

Shipping from Japan to anywhere will be $30.
