Up for sale here is a shirt from 45 rpm. The 45 rpm label is perhaps best known for their high quality materials, attention to detail, and of course their indigo products. Production is always in small batches, and their pieces are only available direct from their shops.
This shirt was an online exclusive, as noted on the tag, never available in any of their shops. It comes in a light weight woven cotton, the sort of thing with a pleasantly uneven texture to it, very likely produced on some kind of old school shuttle loom. 45 rpm are nothing if not super crazy about their textiles. There is a dropped shoulder design, and care information is stamped in Japanese on the interior.
Size is unlabeled as far as I can tell but I believe this is a size 3/medium. I measure the chest at 20” / 51cm, shoulders at 21” / 54cm, and length at 24” / 62cm. The shirt comes in lightly used, very good shape with no holes, tears or stains. Made in Japan.
