For sale here is a pair of pants from Visvim. This is from one of their earlier collections, approximately 2011 or so. Visvim is rightly regarded as one of the current leaders in clothing right now, where they have been able to successfully blend a strong vintage inspiration with a really crazy dedication to fabric development and super high quality materials. Visvim really cuts no corners in any aspect of their designs. Of course their prices are some of the highest out there, and seem to get higher and higher each season, but you can be sure you are getting some of the best quality out there at the moment.
I believe this is their Fluxus 04 corduroy model, coming in a straight, somewhat slim fit. Material is an 80% cotton, 20% polyester blend in a standard corduroy weight, a bit heavier than a standard pair of cotton pants. Details include a zip fly with custom pull, custom waistband button, dyed sheep leather patch on the rear, and a hidden zipped pocket on rear right pocket.
As is typical of Visvim, these pants were produced in vert limited quantities with limited availability, especially outside of Japan. Retail in Japan was about $300, and these would have easily run you over $500 abroad if you could find them. Get them here at a much more reasonable price.
Size is labeled a S. I measure the waist at 31” / 80cm, rise at 10.5” / 26cm, inseam at 31” / 80cm and opening at the bottom of the leg at 8” / 20cm. The pants come in lightly used, generally good shape. There is a bit of wear toward the bottom of the legs but otherwise no holes, tears or stains. Made in Japan.
Shipping from Japan to anywhere will be $30.
