Up for sale here is a denim jacket from the Omnigod label. Omnigod is manufactured by the Domingo company, a Japanese heritage specialist based in the Kojima area of Japan, well known for its concentration of likeminded vintage-inspired manufacturers, and also produces the Spellbound label. Omnigod is more or less a sister label to Spellbound, where if you appreciate their emphasis on quality textiles and construction you should also like what Omnigod does.
This is Omnigod’s take on the classic type III trucker jacket. Where Omnigod’s version differentiates itself is in the fabric and its wash. This jacket has been vintage processed, made to look nicely broken in, and Omnigod have done an excellent job at it. Material is nicely worn in for that washed out vintage look. Detailing is otherwise pretty classic. Fit is on the slimmer side with custom branded buttons throughout, neck tag and tab on the left chest pocket.
Omnigod is one of those labels that produce in limited quantities even in Japan and has really no international distribution to speak of. Current iterations of these jackets retail at about $300 in Japan, and you can get this model much more reasonably.
Size is labeled a 2, fitting a somewhat slim medium. I measure the chest at 19.5”, shoulders at 18”, length at 25” and sleeves at 24” from the shoulder. The jacket comes in lightly worn, used condition with no holes, tears or stains. Made in Japan.
Shipping from Japan to anywhere will be $30.
